Teresa is a project manager that specializes in multi-site clinical trial (MCT) management, supporting industry and investigator-initiated studies.  Her primary duties and responsibilities include having an active role in managing the day-to-day operations/oversight of several studies. Including but not limited to management of study start-up;  study operations (e.g., regulatory, financial, contractual agreements, study conduct); and study close-out.  Teresa assists study leadership, internal and external study collaborators and participating clinical sites in the successful implementation of the protocol, data collection, quality assurance/control, and performance schedules.
